Lear Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
SOUTHFIELD, Michigan, May 12, 2011 Lear Corporation [NYSE: LEA], a leading
global supplier of automotive seating and electrical power management systems, today announced that
its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on the companys
common stock. The dividend is payable on June 22, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of
business on June 3, 2011.
